About Me.

As a busy working mum, I understand the everyday stresses and pressures that so many of us face. After personally experiencing the positive effects of hypnotherapy to tackle anxiety and panic attacks, I felt inspired to pursue training as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist; a journey that has been both professionally fulfilling and personally transformative.

Alongside my work as a teacher, I now run my own hypnotherapy practice. I combine my background in psychology, education and therapeutic techniques to support others in creating meaningful change.

I’m passionate about the outdoors and love nothing more than long walks, camping trips and spending time with my family. Art is another passion of mine, a reminder of how important self-expression and playfulness are for well-being.

I’m dedicated to offering compassionate, personalised hypnotherapy grounded in evidence-based practice. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner world, break free from unhelpful patterns, and move towards greater clarity, emotional resilience, and personal growth. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, with a strong focus on understanding, empathy, and positive transformation.

My Professional Journey

University of Southampton

I have long held a strong interest in understanding human behaviour, which led me to pursue a degree in Psychology. During my undergraduate studies, I developed a deep appreciation for both theoretical and applied aspects of the discipline, and I graduated with First Class Honours.

University of Worcester

After completing my degree, I explored a range of career paths and soon realised my passion working with young people with special educational needs. This discovery inspired me to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), through which I gained my teaching qualification. Since then, I have been teaching in a special school; continually developing my skills and deepening my commitment to inclusive education.

UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

After receiving hypnotherapy myself and experiencing its transformative impact, I was inspired to train as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. This experience deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and strengthened my desire to support others in a more therapeutic context. I have since established my own hypnotherapy practice, which I manage alongside my teaching responsibilities. This allows me to combine my passions for education, mental health, and personal development.

I am a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).
